All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either:

• Refund the unavailable item(s)

2. You proceed through our checkout process
3. You receive an order confirmation email
4. We process your order within 1-2 business days
5. You receive shipping confirmation with tracking details

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to:

• Administrative errors (in which case we’ll contact you before processing)

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods, each with the same care we apply to selecting our architectural ironmongery:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our warehouse:

• You become responsible for the goods
• Any import duties or taxes are your responsibility
• You must inspect deliveries immediately and report any damage within 48 hours

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our products as we do our premium garden furniture:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Original proof of purchase required

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Compost & Fertilizers (opened or unopened)
• Cleaning & Polishing Products (liquid or chemical-based)
• Personal Care Items from our Bathroom category
• Opened Bakeware & Cooking Products

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return:

• Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

For free shipping orders, the actual shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

The Essential Living Shop name, logo, website content, and product designs are our intellectual property. You may not:

• Reproduce any content without our express permission
• Use our branding for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer any products purchased from us

7. Liability Limitations
