We carefully prepare each order with the same precision we apply to selecting our architectural ironmongery and garden machinery spares:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day
- You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships
Shipping Options
Choose the delivery method that suits your needs, just as you would select between our ergonomic garden tools or Victorian-style hardware:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Please Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Our Return Promise
Just as we stand behind the quality of our premium garden furniture and mortice locks, we stand behind your satisfaction:
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Original proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Compost & Fertilizers (opened or unopened)
- Cleaning & Polishing Products (liquid or chemical-based)
- Personal Care Items from our Bathroom category
- Opened Bakeware & Cooking Products
Return Process
Our return process is as straightforward as assembling our garden furniture:
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order (use our template below for faster processing)
- Wait for Authorization: Our Seattle-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse (address provided in authorization email)
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size/color/model only):
- Follow the same steps as returns
- Clearly indicate your preferred replacement item
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded accordingly)
- We cannot exchange items to different countries than the original order
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Timeline:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product (like receiving garden tools instead of bakeware):

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
