Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Certain items may be excluded (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Compost & Fertilizers (opened or unopened)
  • Cleaning & Polishing Products (liquid or chemical-based)
  • Personal Care Items from our Bathroom category
  • Opened Bakeware & Cooking Products

These exceptions reflect our commitment to customer safety and product integrity, much like our careful selection of garden machinery spares and mortice locks.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our Seattle-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse (address provided in authorization email). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size/color/model only):

  1. Follow the same steps as returns
  2. Clearly indicate your preferred replacement item
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Note: Due to international shipping logistics, we cannot exchange items to different countries than the original order.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (like receiving garden tools instead of bakeware):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
